We do Safety System Design and Auditing (AS4024) & SIL (AS62061), Safety Instrumented System Design Risk assessments, and HAZOP / CHAZOP studies. We use HAZOP / CHAZOP, LOPA, Bow Tie tools and techniques to conduct Risk Assessments and Risk Management.
